They are very dangerous.

A stray reflection off a shiny spot can go through a window and blind someone miles away.
You need to use it only in a closed room (no windows), with limited access, and everyone must wear the correct goggles.

I’m wondering if there’s some sort of laser in the world that can tear through the human bones and cut them to pieces, like in that scene in Resident Evil? Is there one for real?
