La Spartacus I è una macchina per il taglio/incisione laser che offre versatilità, affidabilità, precisione e qualità, tutto ciò ad un prezzo veramente interessante. Utilizza una sorgente laser CO2 sigillata da 50, 100, 200 o 400 Watt raffreddata a liquido (il sistema di raffreddamento è integrato nella struttura della macchina) ed un sistema galvanometrico di movimentazione del raggio laser che consente di raggiungere velocità di lavorazione molto elevate (fino a 2000 mm/s) e, quindi, di ottenere un’elevata produttività. La Spartacus I è in grado di lavorare molti tipi di materiale quali legno, carta, tessuti, alluminio anodizzato, polimeri non-tossici, plexiglass, pellame, ecc. e si rivela la macchina ideale sia per il settore tessile (con un campo di lavoro di 300×300 mm) sia per il settore dellincisoria (con un campo di lavoro di 140×140 mm). Il design della Spartacus I, oltre a definire una macchina laser di Classe 1 molto sicura, è così compatto da consentirne lutilizzo anche nei più piccoli laboratori e negozi. Il sistema di estrazione dei fumi della macchina può essere collegato a qualsiasi tipo di sistema di aspirazione esterno, volendo anche del tipo dotato di sistemi di filtraggio e di depurazione. Il software Focuscut III, fornito in dotazione con la macchina, consente di cambiare molto facilmente e velocemente i parametri di lavorazione, quali ad esempio la potenza del laser e la velocità di esecuzione, per ottenere elevate prestazioni, alta qualità della lavorazione ed effetti unici. Spartacus I machine provides innovative production with a high degree of accuracy, flexibility, and quality, all at a very affordable price.
It is equipped with a CO2 – 50, 100, 200 or 400 W Laser source, liquid cooled (integrated closed loop chiller), and a galvanometric head (or scan head) that provides an extremely fast working speed (up to 2000 mm/s), thus achieving a high level of productivity. The Spartacus I is able to work many types of materials such as wood, paper, textiles, anodized aluminum, non-toxic polymers, plexiglass, leather, etc. and, for this reason, it is the ideal machine both for the Textile Market (with a work area of 300×300 mm) and for the Trophy Market (with a work area of 140×140 mm). The Spartacus I has a compact all-in-one design that defines a Class 1 enclosure that is very safe and it is suitable to be used also in the smallest shop or workshop. The fumes suction system of the machine may be connected to any type of external free-standing fumes suction unit, upon request also with air purification system. The Focuscut III software, supplied with the machine, allows easy changes of the working parameters, such as laser power and laser speed, to obtain optimum performance and marking quality.
